Our Procedures

Service Selection and Scheduling

Customers visit the website and choose the desired testing service.
Provide options for selecting a mobile collector to come to their location or choose a specific testing facility.
Schedule the service based on availability.

Confirmation and Booking

After selecting the service and scheduling, customers receive a confirmation email or phone call within 1-2 hours.
The confirmation includes the details of the service and a unique booking ID.

Service Day Reminder

On the scheduled service day, customers receive a reminder with service details and the estimated arrival time of the mobile collector or instructions for visiting the testing facility.

Collector Enroute Notification

Customers receive a notification when the mobile collector is approximately 30 minutes away from the designated location

Collector Arrival Update

Customers receive an update when the mobile collector has arrived at the location or upon reaching the testing facility.

Identification and Sample Collection

Customers present their donor pass and a valid identification document to the mobile collector or the staff at the testing facility before the collection process begins.

Paperwork and Sample Shipping

After the collection, customers receive necessary paperwork, such as consent forms and chain of custody documents.
The collected samples are shipped on the same day if collected before a specific cutoff time, (6 PM PST)

Laboratory Processing and Results

Customers are provided with a unique tracking number or login credentials to access the online portal.
They can track the progress of their sample in real-time through the online portal.
Results for most tests are typically available within 24- 72 hours.
For specific tests like paternity testing (5-7 business days) or hair drug tests (3-5 business days), oral fluid (3-5 business days) breath and alcohol analysis results are immediately available, customers are informed about the extended processing time.
MRO services may require an additional day for processing.

Online Portal Access and Follow-Up

Once the results are ready, customers can access them through their secure online portal.

Alternatively, customers can receive follow-up communications, such as result notifications, via email or phone.
